LEU brand-use guidelines Published 20 October 2026 LEU, Light Electron Uninstaller, the layered LEU symbol, app icon, and wordmark identify the LEU project. These guidelines explain permitted reference to that identity. They do not claim that any mark is registered or that trademark rights exist beyond those actually held. Existing licenses come first The desktop project's branding artwork was published in KaroqDave/LEU under an MIT license, copyright (c) 2026 LEU contributors, without a separate asset restriction at the reviewed revision: https://github.com/KaroqDave/LEU/tree/42b27ad85a75d721b15c6f7981cefdb782608f61 Its existing copyright permissions are preserved. These guidelines do not revoke or narrow those permissions, add conditions to MIT or CC BY 4.0, or limit rights available under applicable law. The MIT notice is at: https://getleu.app/licenses/LEU-MIT.txt CC BY 4.0 content permissions do not license trademark rights. LEU reserves any brand and trademark rights it actually holds. New branding outside the inherited MIT artwork is not covered by the website's default code or content license unless expressly stated otherwise. Uses welcomed without separate approval - Refer to LEU by name in reviews, tutorials, news, documentation, comparisons, links, and accurate descriptions of compatibility. - Show the official logo or app icon to identify the LEU project in that context, including commercial publications. - Reproduce screenshots under their applicable license and retain the product identity visible within them. Describe the project accurately. Linking to https://getleu.app helps readers find the official project. Attribution and change notices for CC BY content remain governed by CC BY 4.0 itself. Brand identity and endorsement Do not claim official status, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement without authorization. Present LEU as the subject of your reference, not as the publisher of an unrelated product or service. For a modified fork or another product, use a distinct project identity and make its relationship to LEU clear. Keeping LEU visible in historical credits, source attribution, or screenshots is welcome. Choosing a new name and icon for a fork's public-facing identity is a brand guideline, not an extra condition on the MIT copyright license. For official-project references, please retain the logo's proportions, allow clear space around it, and keep its mint and white layers legible. These presentation requests do not restrict alterations already allowed by an applicable copyright license. Cropping or annotating a screenshot is allowed under its applicable license; identify changes when required. Third-party names, logos, and artwork shown in screenshots belong to their respective rights holders. LEU does not grant rights in them.
